ABOUT Trisha

Trisha Wilkerson is a certified Nutrition Coach who has been helping people in their individual wellness journeys for 20 years. She is a fierce advocate for mindful, self-compassionate whole-life wellness. With structures, systems, and scientific know-how, she will give you a reasonable, sustainable plan to develop skills, practices, and clear actions that get you closer to achieving your individual goals. 

When you work with Trisha, expect to delve deeper into your story with food and your body. She will help you get more compassionate and curious about your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors with food, movement, and relationship with yourself.

Wellness offerings

Healthy Habits Class

In this 7 week virtual class, you will join 6-8 others for a weekly 90 minute group session. Each week, you learn about and establish a new healthy habit. At the end of 7 weeks, you will have stacked 7 healthy habits!

Mindful Eating Practice

Through coaching, you will learn how to enjoy, slow and intuiative eating and work to heal your anxious mental loops around food.

Anti- Diet Weight Loss

Diets simply don’t work long term. Instead, for weight loss to stick-a deeper understanding of your relationship to food and self is needed to lose unwanted weight. From a place of self-compassion and gentle awareness, weight loss can be about strengthening a belief in already goodness.
