Trauma-sensitive yoga offers a safe and empowering way to reconnect with your body and mind through gentle movement and postures. Emphasizing choice and safety, this practice provides tools to regulate your nervous system, build coping skills, and notice moments of calm and security. Our facilitators guide you with present-moment awareness, offering options that support your journey towards balance and a more embodied sense of self. You'll always have the choice of how and whether to participate, with opportunities to pause and rejoin as needed. While a powerful support, trauma-sensitive yoga is a complement to, not a replacement for, licensed talk therapy.

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and gentle practice focused on stillness and comfort to support your physical and mental well-being. Unlike more active styles, Restorative uses props like blankets and bolsters to help you find comfortable poses held for longer periods, promoting deep relaxation throughout your body. Our classes invite you to release tension and find calm in supported postures.
